- Evaluate current international distribution, operations, pricing and product lines
- Develop strategies to maximize international business opportunities and enter new markets
- Conduct a licensing feasibility study to better quantify the potential of extending the brand into new product categories in the U.S. or internationally
- Develop a brand book to present the brand, its identity, product lines and growth opportunities to potential U.S. and international partners

| Search of Partners and Negotiation of Agreements |
- Search for the right product licensing partners and negotiate license agreements
- Search for the right global distribution/licensing/franchising partners and negotiate term sheets and 3- to 5-year agreements
- Prepare a detailed business plan for establishment of subsidiary or joint-venture in the United States, Europe or Asia
- Assist in setting up a business structure including legal, accounting, sales and marketing operations

| Management of Partnership and Agreements |
- Manage locally full licensing and/or distributorship programs including all aspects of contractual compliance in the U.S./Americas, as well as Europe and Asia (through partnership with world-class consulting and licensing companies)
- Meet monthly with local partners to ensure proper execution of strategy
- Monitor and report distribution, sales, marketing and pricing activity
